I have known and worked with Carol for over 6 years while she served as EVP for her prior company. We also work together on the ABD committee for ACA International. Our respective companies purchased charged off receivable portfolios together and resolved those portfolios through balance transfer programs. Carol and I worked together on the operations side including portfolio segmentation, reporting and the training of the account agents. We worked together on the development of the ABD Fall Forums and the ABD Executive Summit in Washington as well as several publications currently available through ACA. In our continuing relationship I find Carol to be thorough and consistent in her work effort with exceptional standards and expectations. She is reliable and on-time in product delivery.
